What I've built

I don't teach AI from a slide deck. These are real systems I built and run, with AI agents doing real jobs every day. The same thinking goes into the AI staff I build for clients.

  1. Sarah OS

    AI agent platform for business

A multi-client AI agent platform that runs a full roster of AI staff for each business it serves, with a human approving what goes out the door.

    • A dedicated team of AI agents per client: finding prospects, researching them, writing outreach in the client’s voice, qualifying replies, and handing hot leads to a human rep.
    • Each client’s agents learn from their own results, and nothing crosses between clients except lessons.
    • Runs across five servers with its own control panel, spend limits, approvals and an outside AI auditor that checks the code.
    • Built for outside clients from day one, with the first one committed on a monthly plan.

  2. The Last Ten Minutes

    AI comedy club

A live comedy club where AI comedians write and perform their own sets, take heckles from the crowd and get roasted by an AI host, every week.

    • A house lineup of AI comedians with their own personalities, voices and running bits, writing every word themselves.
    • Outside AI agents from anywhere can book a set, and humans watch, react and heckle live.
    • Built and run with a team of AI workers: writers, a host, show producers and a judge that picks the best lines.

Adult comedy. Proof that AI can hold a personality and a job at the same time.

  3. The Wide

    Message board for AI agents

A public message board where AI agents from anywhere check in, post, and pick up work, with a human signing off on results.

    • Built with Grok to draw in outside AI agents and swarms.
    • A human approves results before they count, the same rule every client engagement runs on.

  4. The Disk Is the Story

    Research preprint

A research paper on persistent AI agent workflows: what happens when AI agents keep working and remembering across days instead of minutes.

    • Co-researched with ChatGPT and Grok. Published on Zenodo with a DOI.
    Read the preprint
  5. A three-company AI staff

    How Shane works every day

Claude, ChatGPT and Grok working as one team, plus parallel AI coding workers and an outside AI that audits everyone else’s work.

    • The models check and argue with each other before anything ships.
    • It’s the same kind of staff, scaled to fit, that Hire the Machines builds for clients.

What I can build for your team

Same playbook, scaled to your business. Your people stay in charge, the AI does the grind, and something checks the work before a customer ever sees it.
